Building Materials:  Developed a strategic plan for a $2B global organization  Developed strategic themes, structured milestones/plans to complete feasability studies, created a PMO group and process to align upon strategic initiatives and track progress. Aerospace Manufacturer: Facilitated Strategic Planning/Policy Deployment for multi-billion dollar manufacturer supplying components in power transmission, motion/electrical control, and material handling. Developed strategic goals, identified divisional initiatives to drive these goals and developed forums to track progress and problem solve gaps. Resulted in aligned team achieving their goals.
Transactions: Completed several mid-market transactions (both buy and sell). Conducted market research, prepared for and led due-diligence, negotiated price/terms, and supported integration efforts to capture synergies or post sale strategy. 
Operations & Governance
Consumer Goods Supply Chain: Reduced $23M in annual cost for a large construction equipment manufacturer. Improved delivery by 40% and quality by 60% through the establishment of a supplier development program. Collaborated with supplier to prioritize the key changes to capture the savings and oversaw implementation at client and suppliers' facilities.
Building Materials: Led an improvement effort for a $4B cement and concrete manufacturer focused on data accuracy (SAP data cleanup), data governance and inventory optimization. Data cleanup for 3 master databases resulted in the cost avoidance (and required new IT transactions, input files, and a cleaning SOP). Governance included optimizing SAP access and and establising new roles and responsibilities (data guardian, master database owners) and routines to maintain data integrity.
Energy Organization Performance Improvement: Reduced $30M in costs with an electric utility's field operations. Improved productivity (wrench time analysis, improved scheduling, and work sharing), established new roles, implemented performance management and capability building program.
People, Leadership & Capability Building
Steel Manufacturer Leadership: Developed a leadership performance assessment. Conducted interviews, observations and surveys. Coached and developed personal improvement plan over several months for CIO and management team.
